Baking Only Camp Ages 10 to 17
This year we are offering a baking only camp. Our older kids will learn all the tricks and techniques to create the perfect breads, cakes, pies, cookies, and more. The camp will also offer piping and decorating tricks on how to make our treats almost look to good to eat!
Each day kids will learn to create 4 to 5 recipes in our 3 hour program.
This camp is LIMITED to kids ages 10 or older. No exceptions.
​Camp runs Monday to Friday 9:00am to noon.
Kids learn to make fresh pasta dough and roll it into linguini
Kids are making pizza dough from scratch.

This week you can make your cake and eat it too. We will be teaching piping and decorating with Fondant Figures and Buttercream as we learn to make Coffee Banana Cake with Caramelized Bananas, Filled Cupcakes, Brownie Pudding Cake, and more!

Ice Cream and Custards 7/1 to 7/3 (3-day only)
It’s getting hot outside so it’s time to cool off this week. We’re going to be making cool and fun treats such as Salted Caramel Ice Cream, Sherbet, Homemade Hot Fudge, Profiteroles w/ Fresh Cream, and more.

Cake and Decorate II 7/22 to 7/26 ONLY 5 SPOTS LEFT

Classy Desserts 8/12 to 8/16
What good is a dessert if it doesn't look fancy? This week campers will create desserts that look too good to eat such as Tiramisu, Crème Brulee, Panna Cotta with Praline Caramel Sauce, Chocolate Mousse, and more. Stay classy Claremont!
