Adult Classes

Are you experienced in the kitchen or do you have trouble boiling water? Join us for our Adult Classes where we will cover all the basics from knife skills and food safety to garnishing and plating. Our classes are a complete hands-on experience. You will receive all the recipes and eat what you make at the end of class.

Learn to make appetizers for any occasion! In this class, you will be making Stuffed Mushrooms, Baked Brie Bites w/ Cranberries & Candied Pecans, Bacon & Cheddar Gougeres, and Potatoes Stuffed w/ Chorizo & Manchego Cheese.

Private Classes

Do you and a group of friends have a particular interest in learning certain culinary skills or cooking different types of food? We offer private cooking classes for groups of 10 or more. You can customize the menu into something you would like to learn how to make.

We also offer an "Iron Chef" competition!

Please read as our classes have limited spaces:

- Adult classes are ages 18 and older only.

-No reminder emails or phone calls will be sent. Please mark your calendar as a reminder.

-All  payments are non-refundable.

-Cancellations will receive no refunds or transfers if made with less than a week before class. You are welcome to send someone else in your place, with prior notification.

-If payment is made online(PayPal) and you want to cancel with more than 7 days prior to the class, the total minus 5% of the fee will be refunded.

-No-shows will receive no future credits or refunds.

-If a reservation is made with a Gift Certificate, the certificate will be considered used at the time the reservation was made. No transfers or credits.

-Gift certificate must be presented at the time of class or payment will be required.

Learn to prepare tamales for any occasion! We'll cover preparing basic masa, making a variety of fillings, and the wrapping techniques using cornhusks. Everyone will enjoy what they made and take a few home as well!​
