Private Cooking Parties
Do you and a group of friends have a particular interest in learning certain culinary skills or cooking different types of food? We offer private cooking classes for groups of 10 or more. You can customize the menu into something you would like to learn how to make.
We also offer an "Iron Chef" competition!

ADULT CLASS POLICIES:
Please read as our classes have limited spaces:
- Adult classes are ages 18 and older only.
-No reminder emails or phone calls will be sent. Please mark your calendar as a reminder.
-Cancellations will receive no refunds or transfers if made with less than a week before class. You are welcome to send someone else in your place, with prior notification.
-Cancellations made with more than 7 days prior to the class, the total minus 5% of the fee will be refunded.
-No-shows will receive no future credits or refunds.
-If a reservation is made with a Paper Gift Certificate, the certificate will be considered used at the time the reservation was made. No transfers or credits.
-Paper Gift certificate (Not online) must be presented at the time of class or payment will be required.
-Please be aware of the class and menu you are signing up for. We may not be able to change the recipe for those with allergies or food restrictions. EX: If you are vegetarian, we suggest you do not sign up for the BBQ Rib class.
-If you do have food restrictions, we might be able to substitute with prior notification but there is no guarantee as we are unable to rearrange the menu.
We try to accommodate all situations but there is only so much we can do. Thank you for understanding.
ADULT CLASSES
Are you experienced in the kitchen or do you have trouble boiling water? Join us for our Adult Classes where we will cover all the basics from knife skills and food safety to garnishing and plating. Our classes are a complete hands-on experience. You will receive all the recipes and eat what you make at the end of class.

Summer is here and it’s time to get ready for some grilling. In this hands-on class you will learn to make St. Louis Style Ribs w/ Homemade BBQ Sauce, Texas Toast, Valerie's Salad w/ Maple Balsamic Dressing, and Dutch Apple Pie w/ Whiskey Caramel Drizzle.

Summer BBQ Tri Tip

Summer is in full swing so it is time to get out the BBQ! In this class you will learn to make Seared and Seasoned Tri-Tip w/ a Chimmichurri Sauce, Fingerling Potato Salad, and Frangipane Pear Tart.

BBQ Pizza

Everything tastes better when you're cooking with whisky! In this class you will learn to make BBQ Chicken Pizza w/ Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce, Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Bleu Cheese, and Candied Pecans, We'll complete the meal with a Strawberry Sorbet.
