Home School Classes

We offer daytime classes for students who are home schooled. They follow the same curriculum as our Junior and Senior Chef classes. We are a vendor for Springs, Sage Oak, Inspire, Granite Mtn, Blue Ridge, Impact Academy, Excel, iLead, and Gorman charters.

In these classes students will:

  • have a 90 minute hands-on cooking experience

  • learn 2-3 different recipes each week

  • learn knife skills, proper measuring, culinary terms, and much more

  • eat what they make and receive the recipes at the end of class

For students that use Charter funds, Please follow these directions:

1) Call us FIRST to pre-register the student and to see if we have space (909-625-7505) A PO sent without pre-registration does not hold a spot in any of our classes

2) Contact your ES and have them send a PO immediately with the following information printed on it: Student name and class day and time.

3)Follow up with a phone call to us to be sure we received the PO. If no PO is received prior to the class, the parents are responsible for payment.

WE DO NOT PRORATE OUR SESSIONS. STUDENTS CAN ONLY SIGN UP FOR THE ENTIRE 4 WEEK SESSION. ADJUSTED PO's WILL BE REJECTED OR THE PARENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE BALANCE ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS.

Charter funds can not be used for Pint-size(Ages 3-5) classes. Sorry.

PARENTS MUST CALL TO PRE REGISTER THEIR STUDENTS FOR CLASSES. A SUBMITTED PO DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT IN CLASS AS SOME CLASSES ARE FULL!

Many of our classes are full but at the end of each session we tend to have a few spots open. The best way to get priority for these spots is to join the wait list. Please call 909-625-7505 to be placed on a wait list.

Cost

$140 per session per student when using charter funds

We do not accept PO's for 1-time classes or workshops. Payment for these must be paid out of pocket, no exceptions.

Only PO's for  4 class sessions or multi day camps will be accepted.
