Team Cooking Classes

Structured Team Building

In this class, the team will work together following recipes to create a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy.
All classes will involve:
-Cooking, cutting, measuring, and plating
-Help by a professional chef to guide them and answer questions
-Recipes given to make notes and follow

-2.5 hours hands-on cooking

-Everyone eats what was made (Note: All food must be eaten here, we are not allowed to send anything home per the Health Department)

Due to Covid-19, all private adult parties have a min of 8 guests

and a max of 10.

-Our chefs will wear face coverings during food preparation and it is highly recommended for the guests

-We are not able to offer 6 feet of separation so all guests must be comfortable with the group.

This menu, with its grill-easy main course, is ideal for a slow-paced evening on the patio. Learn to make Orange-Rosemary Chicken, Grilled

Brunch Time!

Learn to create a simple yet delicious breakfast. In this class you will make Quiche Lorraine, Cheesy Bacon Potatoes, and Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls.

Thai Cuisine

Let’s take a trip to the Far East where we will be making Thai Red Shrimp Curry, Jasmine Rice, Beet and Mango Salad with Curry Mango Dressing and, Blushing Pear Granita

Beer-Lover’s Menu

Create a meal for anytime by learning to make Brewers Pulled Beef, Asian Slaw, Homemade Pretzel Buns, and Chocolate Stout Silk Pie.

Chinese New Year

Learn classic Chinese cuisine by creating Shrimp & Pork Pot Stickers, Lo Mein w/ Beef, and Almond Cookies. (Vegetarian options will be available.)

Sushi 101 
Learn the art of Japanese cooking as we teach you how to make various types of Sushi, Miso Soup, Soybeans with Sea Salt, and Green Tea Ice Cream.​

Enjoy creating a Classic cuisine by learning to make Lemon Chicken w/ Artichokes & Sundried Tomatoes,
Roasted Baby Vegetables w/ Herb Butter, and Chocolate Mousse Trifle​

French Quarters

It’s party time at Mardi Gras. We will be making Jambalaya with White  Rice,  Beignets, and Mint Julep(Sorry, non-alcoholic)

Mexican Beer Lovers

The ultimate cervesa lovers menu. In this class you will learn to make Mexican favorites such as Beer Battered Fish Tacos w/ Chipotle Creme drizzle, Pico de Gallo, Mexican Street Corn, and Guinness Stout Brownies!

Event Requirements

All events  have a $500 minimum. (Due to Covid-19, we have a $400 minimum charge)

Gratuity is not included.

Events are 2 to 2.5 hours long.

$100 deposit required to hold the date. Deposit is 100% refundable with 4 weeks or more prior to the date, 50% with 2 or more weeks prior. No refund with less than 2 weeks prior.
